The Commercial team owns all efforts to build and execute commercial models for Setel.

This involves efforts to define, test and execute specific revenue models for different market segments by working closely with the cross-functional teams to solve pain-points for customers and merchants. Identifying pain-points and right-sizing the value proposition of the solutions which address these pain-points are key in building revenue models with strong traction.

In This Role You Will:

  • Acquire new key B2B2C clients and foster existing client relationships by crafting long term strategies with each client with Setel.
  • Perform B2B2C commercial & strategic negotiations to secure the best possible commercial model for the company to ensure most viable, profitable and competitive investments are made to safeguard company’s interests towards achieving profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish business solutions, potential partnership opportunities and resolve any arising issues related to contracts and commercial operations.
  • Perform contract execution, review all contract performance and provide recommendation for renewal, extension, closer out.
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for tracking.
  • Maintain sustainable stakeholder relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to influence stakeholders trust and preference towards Setel.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
  • Knowledge in understanding of market research methods and analysis
  • Commercial awareness partnered with ability to establish rapport with stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
