Essential Functions :
Involve in execution & implementation of supporting team.Hands on learning experience of department system & familiarise with company SOP.Assist in day to day operation tasks, updating system, perform data analysis & drive for continuous improvement on process flow.
Other job scopes includes:
-To assist in recruitment activities/career fair/candidates sourcing through recruitment postals.
-To assist in resumes screening & interviews scheduling
-To learn & conduct new employees induction program
-To learn & familiarise with recruitment flow, system, forms & MPA updating. Support HR Dept. day-to-day operations
-Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent. Min. 4-month internship period preferred
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint applications
-Good communication skill & proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
