Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and grow Softinn’s business on the front line
  • Handle sales, product and services inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Take inbound calls from & make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and make relevant recommendations
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Establish and build good hotel relationships
  • Remain updated with hospitality & tourism trends

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year working experience in marketing & sales department with basic understanding of B2B sales
  • Computer literates
  • Willing to travel and own a transportation (Travelling allowance provided)
  • Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
  • Understand about the hotel & OTA industry well
  • Able to apply intelligent sales pitch
  • Passionate, self-disciplined, and entrepreneurial spirit driven person
  • Be a Team player with a Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English & Bahasa Melayu. Knowing
  • Mandarin is a plus point

Not Mandatory but BONUS if:

  • Familiar with HubSpot
  • Familiar with SaaS (Software as a service) business
  • Understand e-commerce
  • Understand inbound sales
