Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and grow Softinn’s business on the front line
- Handle sales, product and services inquiries promptly and professionally
- Take inbound calls from & make outbound calls to potential customers
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and make relevant recommendations
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Establish and build good hotel relationships
- Remain updated with hospitality & tourism trends
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year working experience in marketing & sales department with basic understanding of B2B sales
- Computer literates
- Willing to travel and own a transportation (Travelling allowance provided)
- Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
- Understand about the hotel & OTA industry well
- Able to apply intelligent sales pitch
- Passionate, self-disciplined, and entrepreneurial spirit driven person
- Be a Team player with a Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
- Excellent command of spoken & written English & Bahasa Melayu. Knowing
- Mandarin is a plus point
Not Mandatory but BONUS if:
- Familiar with HubSpot
- Familiar with SaaS (Software as a service) business
- Understand e-commerce
