Job Summary:

A key position in the organization that encompass main Supply Chain aspects. This position will manage the key areas of Supply Chain: Planning, Material, Warehouse, and Import/Export.

Job Duties & Responsibilities


Developing and implementing key strategies and action plans in Supply Chain to achieve company objectives and goals.
Setting up and reviewing policies, procedures and processes to improve operations efficiency and exceeding customer’s expectations.
Recruit, hire, develop and build a strong and motivated team to execute action plans effectively.


Oversee the entire Production Plan including the Production scheduling, raw material planning, inventory management, capacity planning, imports/exports, and warehousing.
Manage the FG purchase and importation plan.
Manage production plan, issuing Job Orders to meet Customer demand and maintain Safety Stocks.
Manage raw material and finished goods Inventory to ensure optimized levels.
Manage local Contract Manufacturers and coordinate with them on production/ purchase plan to meet Customer Demand.
Liaising with Demand Planning team on production plan, order fulfilment and inventory management.

Working jointly with purchasers/ buyers to develop the supplier base to meet quality and on time delivery requirements as well as developing new local suppliers as required to meet stated objectives
Maintain regular supplier quality and on-time delivery metrics – providing monthly reporting
Management PO placement process & ensure material and FG purchases on-time deliveries (internal / external suppliers)

Responsible for managing warehouse operations and improvements (receiving, storage, kitting, finished goods).
Responsible for stock accuracy and warehouse expenses.
Responsible for material movement and goods and maintenance of inventory control records;
Ensures inventory security and FIFO handling in warehouses and storage

Managing Shipping Department to ensure on time delivery and shipment of goods to customers.
Managing importation of FG and Material costing.
Ensure compliance with Import/Export procedures as well as local regulations
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Five or more years of related experience
Team player committed to working in a quality environment
Strong demonstrated communication, negotiation and customer satisfaction skills required
Excellent computer skills – ERP, word processing, and spreadsheets;
Able to travel domestically and internationally
Good conceptual, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications

Resourceful and Agile experience is a plus

Bachelor degree required
