Production Innovation Engineer

1. Capacity validation of process to ensure sufficient capacity compare to customer demand

2. Capacity improvement and OEE improvement

3. Standardize the work flow to minimize process loss time

4. designing production layout and process to increase productivity, eliminate loss.

5. Apply statiscal method to calculate and determine for process capacity, headcount requirement

6. Lead continous improvement program to improve productivity and eliminate loss.

Job requirement:

• Degree or Diploma ; experience in Machine/process)
• Lean manufacturing, Kaizen. Knowledge on machine design, mechanism.
• Good in statiscal analysis. Strong in Excel. Knowledge on Kaizen approach. Problem solving skill.
